## Your itinerary

1. Hotel pickup and a local market visit to choose fresh ingredients with your guide.
2. A basket boat ride through Cam Thanh’s coconut forest, with crab fishing and a spinning boat demonstration.
3. Around two hours of hands-on Vietnamese cooking, including making fresh rice flour for pancakes.
4. A shared lunch or dinner, a cooking certificate and souvenir, followed by your return transfer.

## Before you book

## What will we cook?

Our sample menu includes Vietnamese rice pancakes, crispy spring rolls, banana flower salad and lemongrass chicken, with greens and fruit. The menu can change with the ingredients available. Tell us about vegetarian preferences or allergies before booking.

## Can children join the cooking class?

Families are welcome. Add your children’s ages to the booking enquiry so we can confirm suitable arrangements and a family price. The displayed estimate covers adults only.

## What should I bring?

Choose comfortable clothes for the market, boat ride and kitchen. Bring sun protection and let us know your hotel or pickup location. Cooking ingredients and equipment are included.
